365-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You may request a return within 365 days of the date your order ships, subject to the eligibility requirements below.

• Within 180 days: Eligible returns are refunded to the original payment method.

• After 180 days: Eligible returns are refunded in the form of Skiviez Points.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and associated postal charges.

All returns must be approved before merchandise is sent back.

How to Start a Return

1. Visit our Return Portal to submit your request.

2. Follow the instructions provided after your return is approved.

3. Package your items securely, including all original packaging and tags.

4. Ship your return to the address provided in your return instructions.

Once your return is received, please allow 7–10 business days for inspection and processing.

Return authorization does not guarantee a refund. All returned merchandise is inspected before a refund or credit is issued.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, all merchandise must be:

• New, unworn, and unwashed.

• Clean and free of odors, stains, markings, or other signs of use.

• In its original packaging, with all tags attached.

• In a condition suitable for resale as new.

Underwear & Intimate Apparel

For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and other intimate apparel must be tried on over clean underwear.

Please avoid wearing cologne, deodorant, or other products that could leave scents or residue when trying on merchandise.

All returned items are carefully inspected. We reserve the right to reject merchandise that shows signs of wear, fails our hygiene standards, or does not meet the conditions outlined above.

Final Sale Items

The following purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, except as required by law:

• Daily Deal and Closeout items.

• Merchandise discounted 40% or more from its regular price.

• Items purchased as part of Buy 2, Get 1 Free or similar promotional offers.

International Returns

International orders are eligible for returns within 365 days of the original shipment date, subject to our standard return eligibility requirements.

• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all international return shipping costs, including applicable postal fees, customs charges, and duties.

• Return Requests: Returns must be initiated within 365 days of the original shipment date.

• Tracking Information: Customers must contact our Customer Service team to provide return tracking information after shipping their items.

• Exchanges: International exchanges are not available. To exchange an item, customers must return the original purchase and place a new order.

All international returns are subject to our standard merchandise inspection and refund conditions. Applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Return Deadlines & Exceptions

Return Requests

Return requests must be submitted within 365 days of the original shipment date. Once a return is approved, merchandise must arrive at our warehouse within 365 days of that approval.

Late Returns

Returns submitted or received outside these deadlines are not guaranteed acceptance. If we choose to accept a late return, a restocking fee of $10 or 20% of the return value, whichever is greater, will be deducted from the refund or credit.

Excessive Returns

We reserve the right to refuse future returns from customers who demonstrate a pattern of excessive returns or abuse of our return policy, subject to applicable law.
