Returns & Exchanges

What is Skiviez's return policy?

We offer a generous 365-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have a full year from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

Are there any items that can't be returned?

For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-refundable:

  • Swimwear
  • Costumes
  • Clearance/sale items
  • Items marked "Final Sale"

All other underwear and apparel can be returned as long as it meets the return conditions below.

What condition do items need to be in for a return?

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free of odors, stains, or signs of use

Items that don't meet these conditions may be rejected or returned to you.

How do I start a return?

Email our customer service team at cs@skiviez.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason. We'll send you return instructions and a shipping address. Please do not send returns without contacting us first.

Shipping

What shipping options are available?

We offer several shipping options for U.S. orders:

  • USPS First Class / Priority — $5.99 (Free on orders over $50)
  • FedEx 2Day — $14.99
  • FedEx Overnight — $24.99

Most orders are shipped the same business day if placed before 2 PM EST.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Skiviez ships to over 100 countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website (USPS or FedEx) to track your package in real time.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find the right size?

Each product page includes a size chart specific to that brand. Since sizing can vary between brands, we recommend checking the chart before ordering. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Orders & Issues

What if I receive the wrong item or a defective product?

We're sorry if that happens! Contact us at cs@skiviez.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations need to be requested as soon as possible. Email cs@skiviez.com right away — if your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

What happens if I return items too frequently?

While we want every customer to be happy, excessive returns may be reviewed. We reserve the right to limit returns or refuse future orders if a pattern of misuse is identified.
