I love the design and idea behind this however the sheath does not accommodate changing diameters well. When flaccid it fits fine but when erect it becomes uncomfortably tight. Also, the tip of the sheath is tapered and for those of us that are circumcised, there ends up being a pocket of unusable space at the tip that the head of my penis won’t fit into; kinda like a pair of gloves with fingers that are too long. Love the balls free feel and design but needs a more flexible material to reach its potential.
