Snug and well made. Everything in full view, Girl friend loves the look.

Even if this jockstrap doesn’t have a waistband (the straps go around your thighs and under your cheeks), I’d still order based on your waist size. I ordered a medium and the straps are snug around my thighs. The pouch is comfy too :) I own another one of these and they’re perfect for everyday wear
