This is great. Of the three "trophy shelf" items I own, this produces the the largest 'enhancement.' It's great in the gym or for day-to-day.

I know it's controversial, but I'm sort of fan of the sling. It takes some fiddling to make it fit comfortably, but it definitely does it's job.

This thing is wild. It certainly creates a prominent profile. Not for everyday, but surprisingly comfortable after things 'settle down.'

I bought a small and it's a bit tight on my 30 inch waist. No uncomfortable, but a shade tighter than normal. Very cool looking however.
