Pretty comfortable. The pouch tends to bag out a little bit throughout the day and leave space between my thigh and my junk. Not a big deal, but when I'm wearing briefs I want them to fit all day. They're cut so there's no "diaper ass" which is an A++. I may buy more but am also curious about the boxer briefs which based on the comfort of these could be uh-mazing.Was this helpful?
