  Comfortable and breathable when it's one size larger. (I usually wear M, but ordered L instead, and that was a right decision.)

  I went on a quest to find the best brief on the market. I am an athletic person so I was specifically looking for a brief that breathed well and offered good support. The Zen Slider offers both qualities and has an attractive hip brief cut with a pouch that conforms to your goods - big or small. My only complaint is that the fabric could be even more stretchy since it seems to loosen up over the course of a normal day. Luckily, the elastic piping around the leg openings ensures there is no peeking (very important.) As an athletic person, I prefer snug support that keeps the goods in one place and out front where they beong. The Clever Lucerna brief is a comparable challenger which arguably has a better fabric but holistically the Zen Slider wins. I wear these every day at work and to the gym - I recommend them above all others. I am 5'10, 160lbs with a 32" waist and Medium fits perfectly.

  These are the best briefs I have worn in a long long time. The fabric is soft, stretchy, light and airy. They'll keep you cool, comfortable and well supported. The pouch is a great shape and gives you a good bulge up front. I am ordering more of these.
