This is a nice brief and is really comfortable. It's very similar to the Almost Naked Brief except that it has wipe piping. For the cost difference, I'm not sure it's worth it. However, the material is super soft, and though the pouch doesn't look like it would be comfortable, it really is. I bought a L and wear 32"-33" waist; it fits perfectly.
