I just started wearing thongs, fit is good and is very easy to get used to the strap in your rear end,Y back does a great job. holds your cock and balls comfortably, no pinching or smashing them. Much cooler and more freedom of movement, I don't think I will go back to wearing boxers or briefs. I bought three pairs. Skiviez has good fit and a great price too.1 of 1 thought this was helpful. The Y-Back is excellent. You can adjust the front part to fit perfect. I use that in the gym and never had any problem. The M size is true and feels comfortable. I should have bought two.Was this helpful?

Really nice thong (personally like y-backs over standard strap designs). As with the square-cut, the pouch fit is much better than the brief. Very slight gapping on pouch sides(top), but tolerable since nothing "gets loose". Size M fits as expected; garment is well constructed and strap fits perfectly.
