I agree with the other reviewers on this product. It does start to hurt with extended wear. I wore under shorts and I felt discomfort on the head of my penis. This one is sexy, but the mesh needs to be softer. It's so rough on the goods!3 of 3 thought this was helpful. Was this helpful?

DO NOT BUY THIS! I wore this for a few hours and ended up looking like I had Herpes...The head of my penis had scabs on it after wearing this. The skin goes thru the holes and HURTS! Its a shame that you cannot return an item that sends you to the ER This is NOT a safe item unless you like pain and scabs on your penis.1 of 2 thought this was helpful. Was this helpful?

The sizing for this item is way off- I followed their indications but it is rather large. I'll also echo what the other reviewer said- the pouch is a bit large and doesn't hold things in place well.
