The size is spot on. I usually wear a medium and I ordered a medium and it fits perfectly, same with the PPU boxer briefs I ordered too. I don't know why the website says to size up. I'm glad I did not other wise they would of been way too big. This thong is soft and smooth and I like it a lot. The only problem is the pouch seems on the small side.Was this helpful?

only gave it a 3 because I don't like the waistband. I didn't realize it was going to be so thick. they could have done without a waistband or without the fabric below the waistband. Too much fabric makes it too high rise for me. I dunno, Just personal preference I guess. I wish I had realized how much fabric there was in the picture. For some reason it wasn't apparent to me though.
runs pretty true to size.

I ordered this thong because of the pouch design. Every other thong I own defeats the purpose of wearing underwear at all for me.I supose they provide support, but that isn't my main focus. For me I hate the feeling of my package sticking to my leg, and I have yet to find a thong with a pouch large enough to prevent this. Unfortunately this pair is no different. There seems to be enough fabric, but it perhaps isn't shaped correctly. I like the top, as if a little peeks out over my jeans, noone knows i have a thong on, but as I type this, my balls are stuck to my leg...I'm wearing them now...I dunno...maybe my package is just to large! Good construction otherwise..would be great if i was an inch or two smaller maybe.Was this helpful?
