Ok, I am redoing my review for the 5th time, gonna give it to you all straight.
1) I am 5'11" 184 pounds. I have a 32-33 waist and wear mediums in USA sizes.
2)The pouch and seams on these are great 4.5/5 stars. I like seams that hug exactly on my skin and leave no room for my boys to freely jiggle.
3)The fabric on these stretches adequately.
4)The fabric on these is see through. Soft porn anyone?
5)If you are athletic or fat, get +2 sizes over standard USA sizes.
I am very unhappy that the sizes are so difficult to get accurate according to the US market.Was this helpful?

Ordered regular size due to description of "streatchy fabric". Good choice. Perfit fit. Very comfortable. Really like these. They are 82% Nylon !8% Spandex. There is no fabric breakdown in the Skiviez description.
