VERY over-sized; the actual waistband measurement is 38" on the medium (expect it to be a little larger than the advertised size since it sits below the waist, but the Medium seems larger than a large would need to be); too large for a 34" waist given the way the waistband and tie work; no way will it work for a 32" waist.
Also bought the Dogfish style from Boss, which measured 36", and is also too large for a true 34" waist. Don't like that the sizing is not even consistent within the brand.
