A great thong that will convince even the skeptics. The waist band is very soft and the strap is comfortable. Although they may seem small, the good design makes this thong very pleasant to wear. This is one of the better thongs...I started w/ 2 other brands, both the traditional back which tend to fall out of adjustment, as the pouch in front was too small..every so often I would have to readjust my 'boys'...NOT so w/ this thong.. the Y back stays in place and the pouch is of adequate size for my equipment...comfortableWas this helpful?

the material is soft and the Y back is stretchy but the string is somewhat irritating after a while underneath the boys. The string needs to give more so it doesnt rub everything raw.Was this helpful?

Disappointing. The Y-back is not right for me. It tends not to stay in place and is too tight. This thong is inferior in fit, comfort, and enhancement to the 21st original that I love to wear as much as possible. I cannot recommend it, guys.Was this helpful?

I was X-TREMELY skeptical about wearing a thong because well, I mean, hey, it's a thong! I have to say, it's not what you think.... Thongs really are for real men! The pouch is sculpted better than any other type of undies to give you an uplifted, supported package like no other. The strap in the back is really comfortable, much more than you would think, and it makes you feel really really sexy. The strap is perfect because it doesn't ride up or anything, and the y-back is awesome, my wife likes to tug/ pull me around with it because it's the "no touchy zone" haha. When we embrace she actually gives me a little wedgie and tugs on the y-back haha. I wear this thong 24/7: at the gym, around the house, and to work because it's so comfortable and it makes me look extremly sexy. And when I get home and the wife see's me take of my pants wearing it..... oh yeah. Bottom line, great for daily wear, the best for sex, and the most comfort ever.
