The material is VERY stretchy to begin with, plus the tank is cut so that it hangs on you more than it hugs you. I strongly recommend ordering one size smaller. I'm a big man - 6'6"/240 - and normally order L in briefs and XL in a tank. With Optic, I'm glad I ordered M briefs and am reordering L tanks.

I am used to tight fitting ribbed tanks, and normally wear a size large. This tank in a large is a little too loose for my tastes, and it would be sexier if the material were ribbed and fit closer to the body. The fabric is very soft and the bright colors stand out, but it's more like a t-shirt than a tradional athletic tank undershirt.Was this helpful?
