Of all the underwear in my collection, the Essential Contour Pouch briefs are my favorite. They account for the majority of underwear I keep in my rotation. I wished these had come along earlier in my life. When people ask me about an underwear style to try, I always refer them to this item first and tell them to work from there.Was this helpful?

True to size at first (sort of)
Then they shrunk.
I'm a 33 waist and bought a large based on someone else's review.
Now when I put them on, the waistband dips to a point because of the pouch.
Nice fabric. Soft stuff. The inside of the waistband has begun to pill up after three washings unfortunately.
Movin' on to something else. The C-IN2 briefs have been pretty good so far.Was this helpful?

I like the brand but I'll never buy 100% cotton underwear again. They have no stretch and sag as the day goes on.

After several fruitless shopping trips to regular stores for men's underwear with my boyfriend, we came across these 2xist pouch briefs, here. He's got a lean build and is well endowed so we thought we'd give these a try. Bingo! The small fits great for a 30" waist and the pouch supports everything perfectly without having any nut fallout on the sides -- and they look nice, too. We're definitely buying more.Was this helpful?

Like Brian commented, these are the best men's briefs made. Somebody at 2xist understands the male anatomy and comfort. I've been wearing this style now for about a year and they are as well fitting and comfortable today as they were when new. They have held up well to the rigors of wear and wash. These 2xist are a mid-rise brief; not as high riding as your most "standard" briefs but not so low they feel about to fall off. The pouch is roomy and supportive, whether you're at "parade rest" or at full "attention", and it will give your boys a subtle lift.
