Extreme lo-rise is no lie and they would be perfect if they had a nice pouch to hold my manhood. I would say the front is basically flat with no contour at all and not really much stretch. Great material and overall style but a little redesign is in order. That being said my wife loves them because they are more like a boy-cut brief for a girl. She loves to wear them to sleep in and they do look great on her!Was this helpful?
