I bought one pair to try, Medium with the Y pouch. They were the most comfortable pair of underwear I have every owned. Having a pouch that lifts, supports and doesn't smash, is great. I bought ten more pairs, five for now and five for when they wear out.
Seriously, not all men are created equal in some aspects and having the right size pouch really makes a difference. Women have different size bras, why are men mostly stuck with one size pouch. Think about it.
The only negative I would say, the elastic on the leggs could be a little wider and less tight.Was this helpful?

Outstanding underwear ! These trunks are super-comfortable stretch with a pouch that's just big enough. When winter comes along and it's a little cool for my thongs, this is what I'll be wearing !1 of 1 thought this was helpful. Was this helpful?

I Love these trunks, it's what I wear daily. Very comfortable. The main reason, the pouch, fantastic and that it comes in different sizes is a plus. What a great idea. I have always had issues with these type of underwear from other brands. I'm a size small(28-30) and the pouch is always too small for my boys, or has no support or squeeze it down. These trunks picks them up, cradles and supports them. Also, it gives you a great profile, nice solid package. I wear size S-Z. My wife loves them. They are great! and reasonably priced. I'm stocked up just in case the company stops making them, I hope they don't.
There is one thing I would change on these trunks, the elastic band around the thigh. Too thin and too tight. Otherwise I would of given these trunks 5 stars.

I wonder if they are going to get some more of the Large size with the Z pouch? I bought five pair of the Larges with the Y pouch because that's all they have now and they are such a good deal, but there is some difference. The leg elastics are not as tight though. I hope they keep making these. I haven't found anything I like better for five times as much. Maybe some colors would be nice. You could dye them yourself pretty easily. I washed a pair with some brand new jeans and they came out blue.Was this helpful?

FINALY!! A design that admits all men are NOT created equal. I purchased one with the Y pouch and one with a Z pouch. I would say if you are average size get the Y pouch; if you are above average endowment - even a bit - (like I am) you will want the Z. These are extremely comfortable for everyday wear.
(Side note: one buyer said he prefers dressing "up" (against the abdomen). There is a new design brand called Stiffies that would accomodate that positioning preference. They can be found on the net by doing a simple search for "Stiffies + Men's Underwear.)Was this helpful?

This was a small waist, z pouch. I found the pouch tiny (even regular off-the-shelf boxer briefs offer more space), and the cut lifts and accentuates your assets - not really what I wanted!
Something must be wrong, perhaps these shorts got the wrong label. The pouch has way less space than the same-sized stretch brief (S/z)- it doesn't make sense.Was this helpful?

I feel very small now, I tried the Z pouch and found it to be way to big, my unit flopped around and had little support. The Y was ok, but I prefer to have my equipment held tight and separated from my legs (like with briefs), but like to have some material between my thighs as well to help prevent chafing so the combo of the X pouch and fitted boxer is great.Was this helpful?

I was skeptical because of the negative review but decided to try a pair anyway because I have a difficult time finding the right fit. These are the best fitting underwear I have ever worn, and very soft and comfortable. I tried the Z pouch and it was perfect, not too loose and not too tight. Very disappointed. Z pouch is only a tad bigger than average pouch. Leg openings are extremely undersized and cut off circulation. Circumference of leg opening is 4" less than a comfortable pair of Hilfiger boxer briefs I have.Was this helpful?
