After reading all the wonderful reviews here, I was disappointed when I recieved the item. I ordered a Y-pouch but it was smaller than I expected. The fit is also not as good as other brands like C-IN2.

LOVE THESE! Bought a few different sizes, and was kind enough to pass on the smaller ones to a buddy that also loves the fit. A little tighter at first, but once they are on for a few minutes they feel like a second skin.

Have purchased the X pouch more than once and find the Brief very comfortable! Now wear them daily as I have a good stock on hand and will probably add more. Only problem I have is that during the day the back tends to ride down under my pants.(particularly jeans)

Excellent product ! Snug fit, i bought small with Y pouch, which was too big for me ! For sure X pouch would fit me better, but, anyway, i loved it ! I'm going to order more, soon, but , X pouch ! As the guy wrote below, needs work, because the pouch should push you up and out, and this, put you down, good for the berries, bad for the twig.

This brief is good for the price. It's soft and stays put all day. The pouch needs work though because it's too low so it just leaves room for the berries and not the twig. Hope that makes sense.

overall, a good fit, slightly snug. The fabric is a nice, soft cotton, but with a stretchy aspect, so the fit keeps everything snug. The expanded pouches are indeed larger - but are designed for those who dress "down" - or have a larger pair of boys to accommodate. If that's your issue, I imagine that would be more comfortable. I dress up, and was hoping for more room up top. And for a low rise brief, there is a pretty decent amount of room in the upper pouch area The waistband is soft and strong - again, a good snug fit.

Extremely comfortable. I got the large pouch size and have great support, room for movement and no constrictions. I would call it low rise and not ultra low rise.

Very comfortable and great cut but shrink quite a bit in the wash. Order a size larger in the pouch for sure. The smallest pouch is pretty tiny.

Tighter fit than I expected. I wouldn't recommend getting a "boner" in these.

Look great on, and I love the black outline to 'em. The boys are happier in a Z pouch, but with a size small, the pouch still wasn't big enough. I wish the pouch was completely separated from the rest of the brief-- truly a pouch apart from the rest. I'd pay some moolah for that one...

these are the most comfortable (and sexiest) briefs i've ever worn. typically, i wear boxer briefs, but could wear these briefs every day. yes, they run small. i have a 30" waist and ordered M/Y. Perfect. I'm definitely ordering more.

A lot of people are saying to take the Z pouch if you are well endowed. Well, I thought I was well endowed, but the Z pouch... is huge. So maybe you'll want to consider a smaller pouch. Also, I find that rubber bands around your rear end (the ones near your legs, not your waist) are too tight and tend to end up in your butt crack, resulting in an uncomfortable wedgie... I recommend the CIN-2 Low No-Show brief for excellent support and design.

Very nice design, and the Z pouch makes my life easier. I still would like to see a bigger hanging pouch. But this is great! thanks!

Purchased large with Z pouch with a great fit for my 34/35 waist. The pouch provides some room and definition avoiding the "tighty whitey" feel and look.

AMAZING! Just got them in the mail today. Put them on and am completely impressed. Have a size 28 waist, but took advice and got a medium with a z pouch. Glad I did. So comfortable and frames my dick perfectly (REALLY shows off what I'm packin). Will be your new favorite undewear, promise.

Good & bad...good-Z pouch makes a welcome difference. Bad...buyers should be warned that these run small. I made the mistake of assuming that with a Z pouch, a small brief would suffice for me (I have a 28"W) but I should have gone with a medium. These are not as small as Unico's, but they are a tad on the small size.

It appears you are only going to hear from Z pouchers like me. But that's understandable, since we are the ones who have suffered from discomfort all these years.

YES! I really like low-rise briefs, but if I get my waist size (medium), then I get my balls crushed; if I get a large, then the waist is too big and I still feel constricted. At last, underwear that fits. It ought to have been obvious that we aren't all the same size, pouch-wise... I got a Z pouch and it's extraordinary. I only just tried them on -- let's see how they wear all day long...

these are great, why has it taken until 2006 to get briefs that cam be purchased in puch sizing. I had all but given up on wearing underwear, because I hate boxers amd most all bikinis and briefs were too small in the pouch. now I cam buy a med. waist size 32 and the z pouch and not feel like I am wearing ball crushers the best underwear I have ever worn bought 4 pairs and I'll be ordering more
