I followed the advice of others and ordered a size up, but it it too big! I think of a jock fitting somewhat tightly and offering snug support - I'm a 32 waist and thought the large was too big. I'm going to send it back for a M.

I have size large and this Elite Strap Supporter holds everything in place very well. I appreciate the moisture absorbing qualities of the jock fabric.
Weather active or passive there is no need to readjust the jock. Very comfortable. I would recommend this jock to anyone who has large size issues.

Tried the new cotton Bike Performance, but this is worth the extra money. This is perfect for every day and work outs. Every guy should try this one at least once and you'll never want to wear anything else. Keeps everything in place and you don't even have to re-adjust after running.
