Ok, I am redoing my review for the 4th time, gonna give it to you all straight.
1) I am 5'11" 184 pounds. I have a 32-33 waist and wear mediums in USA sizes.
2)The pouch and seams on these are great 4.5/5 stars. I like seams that hug exactly on my skin and leave no room for my boys to freely jiggle.
3)The fabric on these stretches, but not as adequately as I would like. Though, not a deal breaker, they do stretch.
4)If you are athletic or fat, get +2 sizes over standard USA sizes.Was this helpful?

Sizing up is a must. My jeans are 29-30. My Unico or Triple xxx size is medium. These are amazingly comfortable, especialy if you are shaved or waxed. Highly recomended!! Awesome fabric and loved the overall fit -- saw the earlier comments and ordered one size up. Agree with some comments that the pouch is a bit small, but probably a good fit for wearing with flat front dress pants -- just enough to show my large package without being obscene.Was this helpful?

These briefs are fantastic and feel great when I have them on. They fit really well (I did heed the advice of other purchasers and ordered one size larger than normal. They shrink a lot when you wash 'em - avoid the dryer - hang 'em out to dry.) My boys (also a bit larger than normal) love the pouch. The fabric does not seem to breathe much, so I wonder about wearing them in hot weather, but I'll worry about that later. Right now I'm just trying to figure out how to wash these if I never take them off!

As the others have said, these are the best trunks I own! I have a big dick, and the pouch holds me in place, and the look is really hot! I wish they were made in more colors too. I’ve spent hundreds and tried many brands and cuts. These are hands-down the best. Won’t ride up your crack; waistband doesn’t slide down your ass; pouch molds comfortably to and lifts your package (no more sweaty balls sticking to my legs); leg openings don’t strangle your thighs. I have been searching for the perfect trunk for a while. . I have a big package and since calvin klein stopped making my favourite trunk, I've found it hard to find something that is comfortable. Superb fit, finish and comfort. Legs stay put and don't ride up. The pouch does wonders for the profile and despite being surrounded by elastic, is comfortable to wear. Cool to be seen in. Pity they sell out quickly and the colour range is a bit limited!Was this helpful?
