  I purchased this item thinking that it would enhance my package as well as provide a sexy surprise for my partner. Turns out that the material is rather cheap and the construction is poor. The waist band, the cock ring, and the straps are all very course and do not feel comfortable for even short term wear. The pouch design is poor and very unflattering. It makes the member look out of place and awkward. The part where the straps connect at the bottom of the pouch was not planned out very well as they do not connect at an angle that is fitting for the directions they must go and there for twist the pouch material in a very unusual place for material to be twisted. Overall I wish I had not purchased this item and i do not recommend anyone else to. I feel that there are a lot of ways this product could have been made better without sacrificing price, time or labor on the manufacturerʻs part.

  Can be worn with only penis through hole, or it can be worn with penis and balls through hole. I think the hole should be smaller just for the penis.

  This was my first time order but will not be my last! My doctor & I had searched for suspension jock for my hernia. We found nothing but cumbersome buckles or one with no leg straps just a waist band and ball pouch. I finally goggled suspension jock and Skiviez came up. Thanks to Nick in customer service , I got the product I needed.He took the time to answer all questions and satisfied my needs. He even emailed me a picture of the product! The jock itself is well designed having a sufficient cotton pouch for your "jewels" and an adequate opening for your member to slip through. The opening fits like a cock ring, so you are comfortably erect which is a satisfying feeling. Occasionally I wear the jock without any other underwear! I recommend this product to satisfy many needs. Thanks to Skiviez and to Nick you have a satisfied and repeat customer.

  I am re-editing my review of this suspensory jock to stress the fact that guys ordering this suspensory should have in mind the size of their scrotum or ball sack as well as their waist size. I hit gold with men's medium because it fits my scrotum perfectly. This jock is ideal for casual wear as well as going semi-commando around the house almost buck naked!

  I have a similar product made by Joe Snyder, but has a flap to snap over my wood...again found the hole too small for all my equipment, but still hot..

  Fun gear to wear - an interesting contrast as the eggs are snug in their nest and the snake is, well, snaking down your pants leg. I strap most of the time and am used to locker room looks, but I'm not sure I'm ready to wear these to the gym.
