Fast, Discreet Shipping

Most in-stock orders ship the same day when ordered by 2:00 p.m. Eastern on business days.

We ship using plain corrugated boxes, FedEx or UPS boxes, and polyamide mailing bags. Boxes are plain; bags are opaque. For domestic shipments, the return address reads as "Fulfillment Services"; for international shipments, the return address discreetly reads as "Skiviez."

Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, undeliverable, rejected, or refused, then we will refund for the order minus the original shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee. If you received free or discounted shipping, then the standard delivery fee will be deducted from the refund total.

Order Delays and Cancellation

We want your business; however, there are a few situations in which we may have trouble serving you. In some cases, we will even cancel your order.

Most orders fail to ship the same day due to at least one of the following reasons:

  • Your credit card billing address did not match the one that you entered during checkout.
  • We encountered a problem, such as a decline or a failure to verify your address, while authorizing and charging your credit card.
  • The size or color that you ordered is out of stock.
  • We are expecting an item that you ordered to be in stock within 48 hours. In such cases, we will temporarily hold the order instead of creating an explicit backorder request.
  • It's a weekend or holiday, or it's after 2:00 p.m. Eastern on a business day.
  • Your order is shipping to an address outside of the United States. Most of these orders require an extra day to pass security checks.

We reserve the right to cancel your order. Most orders are canceled due to one of the following reasons:

  • The billing address on your order didn't match the billing address on your credit card, and we didn't receive the correct address after contacting you.
  • We identified your order as likely to be fraudulent. This verdict is entirely up to our discretion.
  • Your e-mail address is not valid.
  • Your phone number is not valid.
  • We didn't receive a response to our e-mails for more than two weeks after attempting to notify you that there was a problem with your order.
