You have the option to insure your package for a small fee of $2.00. If your package gets lost, we will file a claim with the carrier and if the package does not turn up, we will quickly replace it for you at no additional cost.
The insurance claim process takes 15 days from the time you report the missing items to us. We highly recommend that you insure your package. If you decide to not take insurance on your package, Skiviez will not be responsible for merchandise that gets lost or damaged in transit.
Daily Deal and Closeout Items are non-refundable items and all sales are final. All purchases during buy a certain amount of items and get items free sale are final. We cannot accept any returns on these sales.
If you do not love the item that you bought from us, don't worry, we have a 14 day satisfaction guarantee.
To return an item it must be:
* The products must reach our office within 14 days from the date we shipped the order.
* Return Merchandise Form (Download here) must accompany the items.
* New (never worn or washed)
* Clean and without any odors or markings
* In original packaging and with all tags attached
We inspect all items received and they must meet our standards of acceptability as per conditions outlined above. Credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase. Upon receipt, our goal is to process your request within 7-10 business days.
