Gift Card Terms & Conditions

The following important terms and conditions apply to all Skiviez gift cards.

  1. Gift cards from Skiviez, Inc. ("Skiviez") do not have an expiration date but do have inactivity fees. After 12 months of no activity, an inactivity fee of $2.50 or the amount of the remaining gift card balance, whichever is smaller, will be deducted from the gift card balance every month until (1) there is new activity on the card or (2) the gift card balance is zero. The use of any portion of the gift card balance to satisfy the balance of a shipped sales order shall constitute "activity" on the gift card for the month in which the sales order was shipped.

  2. Gift cards must be used at http://www.skiviez.com/. Purchases are deducted from the gift card balance. If a gift card is used on a sales order and the amount due exceeds the gift card balance, then the remaining sales order balance must be paid with another available payment method. To view gift card balances, visit the gift card balance lookup page.

  3. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards and cannot be applied to any sales order containing another gift card. Gift cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law.

  4. Gift cards should be treated as if they are cash. Skiviez is not responsible if a card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission. For replacement of lost or stolen gift cards, contact Skiviez Customer Service. Skiviez reserves the right to charge a replacement fee for lost gift cards.

  5. Skiviez will have the right to close customer accounts and bill alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently-obtained gift card is redeemed and/or used to make purchase on http://www.skiviez.com/.

  6. Skiviez and its affiliates make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to gift cards, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event that a gift card code is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, shall be the replacement of such gift card. Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights.

  7. Skiviez gift cards are issued by Skiviez, a Commonwealth of Virginia corporation. When you purchase, receive, or redeem a Skiviez gift card, you agree that the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these gift card terms and conditions. Skiviez reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
