You have the option to insure your package for a small fee of $2.00. If your package gets lost, we will file a claim with the carrier and if the package does not turn up, we will quickly replace it for you at no additional cost.
The insurance claim process takes 15 days from the time you report the missing items to us. We highly recommend that you insure your package. If you decide to not take insurance on your package, Skiviez will not be responsible for merchandise that gets lost or damaged in transit.
In order to provide you fast support service, we use a support ticket system. After creating a ticket with us, you will receive a unique ticket number which can be used to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support tickets.
