Perhaps a little narrower than a traditional jock, but I find the coverage adequate and comfortable.

This is the most comfortable jockstrap that I’ve ever worn. The waistband is so soft you can barely feel it around your body, and the pouch is great as well. I picked up several Kyle items during the Thanksgiving sale and look forward to purchasing more soon.
