the fabric is really nice and soft but i agree that it doesnt really form a pouch for me either, your package just falls thru after a while and it is uncomfortable because the underwear is still tight, unlike a boxer

Comfortable to wear and true to size, but they have two flaws. The first is that they don’t have a built out pouch like other brands have so it doesn’t "hold" your package that well. Second problem is that even though they have lycra in them, they tend to lose their shape by the end of the day.

These are a disaster. As a physician I wear lot of different clothes: scrubs, fitted dress pants, low rise jeans, loose gym shorts. I like to have a hint of my package showing in all of these. Nothing crazy - just a show of manhood. These underwear pull your penis under you - cramp your whole package. The front ofyour clothes looks empty.
