Extremely comfortable fabric and waist band. But the pouch itself provides plenty of support and gives the effect I was looking for. The sling was uncomfortable, and way too difficult to cram myself into. I was much happier after I cut out the sling. Waist was size I expected, but the inseam could be longer.

Forget the button. Couldn’t get the package thru with it. Painful to push balls in and they just slipped out. Crossing the sling over the whole package, or penis over works best for me. OK comfort. Nice bulge with the usual semi it gives me, or soft. Exbitionist when erect. More lift than a cock ring. Supportive as a JS, but with lift and show. Plenty of room. OK at the urinal. These are nicely cut, fit well and are comfortable.

The sling is fine. I wear it with the loop around my balls, with the button/crossover to the front of them, then put my member through the V above and then point it downwards. (So the sling makes it start off pointing straight out at it’ s base, then curves down over my balls.) It’s more comfortable than it sounds!

Like the idea of these. I thought the sling needed one more button hole for adjustments, it fit just a little to snug. The waist and legs fit just fine but the pouch needed just a little more room when the sling was in use. It did keep everything upfront and in sight.
