Most in-stock orders ship the same day when ordered by 3:00 PM EST.
We ship using plain corrugated boxes or poly mailing bags. Boxes are plain. Only the Skiviez name appears on the mailing label. During checkout, you can select to not have our name printed on the label.
Free Shipping on Orders Over $50—United States Only
Skiviez currently has free shipping on orders over $50. We will use the courier of our disrection—usually FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS. Applies only to shipping addresses in the United States.
Some products may not count towards free shipping; these can include closeout items, some clearance items, and some sale items.

Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, undeliverable, rejected, or refused, we will refund you for the order minus the original shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee. If you received free or discounted shipping, then the standard delivery fee will be deducted from the refund total.
Order Delays and Cancellation
We want your business and hope that you will shop with us; however, there are a few situations in which we may have trouble serving you. In some cases, we will even cancel your order.
Most orders fail to ship the same day due to at least one of the following reasons:
- Your credit card billing address didn’t match the billing address on your order.
- We encountered a problem, such as a decline or a failure to verify your address, while authorizing and charging your credit card.
- The size or color that you ordered is out of stock.
- We are expecting an item that you ordered to be in stock within 48 hours. In such cases, we will temporarily hold the order instead of creating an explicit backorder request.
- It’s a weekend or a holiday, or it’s after 3:00 PM EST.
- Your order is shipping to an address outside of the United States. Most of these orders require an extra day to pass security checks.
We reserve the right to cancel any order. Most orders are canceled due to one of the following reasons:
- The billing address on your order didn’t match the billing address on your credit card, and we didn’t receive the correct address after contacting you.
- We identified your order as likely fraudulent. This verdict is entirely up to our discretion.
- Your e-mail address is not valid. (We require a valid e-mail address so that we can contact you if something is wrong with your order. Your e-mail address is not added to a mailing list unless you explicitly sign up for it, so there’s no need for you to worry about that.)
- Your phone number is not valid. (We use your phone number to verify with your credit card issuer that you are the correct, authorized card holder.)
- We didn’t receive a response to our e-mails for more than two weeks after there was a problem with your order.
