We want you to be happy with your Skiviez order; however, we do realize that you may change your mind or mgiht need another size. We try hard to make sure that every order is accurate and complete; however, sometimes we make mistakes. For these instances, we have made the following return policies and procedures:
- Returns must be made in 30 days of the shipping date. You can find out if you're eligible for a return by visiting Your Account.
- Because of health regulations, underwear that has been worn or laundered may not be returned.
- All items must be returned in original packages with all tags attached and intact. Items must be unworn, unopened, and unlaundered.
- If you received free or discounted shipping, you may be charged for shipping depending on the total after your return.
- Exchanges are usually shipped 1-5 business days after we receive them. Credits normally are given 7-30 business days after we receive them. Your credit card issuer may take 72 hours or more to post the credit to your account; you will see the credit within one or two billing statements.
- Do not send packages back to us billed to recipient (using our FedEx or UPS account); we'll reject the package, and you may be charged a $25 processing fee. You may also be billed by FedEx or UPS for the shipment both ways.
- Some closeout items may not be returned. When you purchased the item, it was stated on the web site if returns were not allowed.
- You are responsible for making sure that the package gets to us. Use delivery confirmation and insurance to cover any lost packages. We cannot give refunds for packages that we do not receive.
Unclaimed Packages
If you package is returned to us because it was unclaimed or undeliverable, we will refund you for the order minus the original shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee. If you received free or discounted shipping then the standard delivery fee will be deducted from the refund total.
