A Brief History of Us
For most of our history, we ran our business from an office based in the college town of Blacksburg, Virginia. We were right beside the Virginia Tech campus in the Virginia Tech Corporate Research Center.
We’ve just relocated to a new warehouse in Richmond, Virginia. We’re really excited about this move. The new warehouse is closer to major interstates and allows us to store much more inventory, which means faster shipping times and fewer backorders for you. It’s the first of many changes we’ve got planned for the 2007 fiscal year, and all of them are designed to serve you—our loyal customers for the past seven years—better than ever before.
Although we’re a small company with just under 10 employees, we
- produce all of our marketing materials and graphics,
- design and host our Web site in house,
- write our own e-commerce software, and
- even design and manage our very own Skiviez brand of underwear.
That means that we’re picky perfectionists who are in direct control of what makes for an excellent shopping experience.
